Republicans Deface Road Signs Near Trump’s Irish Golf Course Ahead Of Visit

This week Thursday members of new republican group Young Irelanders and other activist groups defaced road signs near the Doonbeg golf course, ahead of Donald Trump’s planned visit to Ireland.

The groups have dubbed the golf course, owned by the US president, “Epstein Links”.

The defaced signs contained a variety of anti-Trump messaging, including “kill Trump”, “Epstein Links”, “Fuck NATO” and “Pedos Out, Fuck Trump”.

Trump is due to visit Doonbeg next week, where he will meet with Irish politicians during the Irish Open golf tournament, which will undoubtedly see scenes of FFG subservience to the U.S Empire, as is now commonplace.

“On Thursday, local actionists and Irish Republicans ensured there would be a warm welcome for genocidaire and paedophile in chief, Donald Trump, when he visits his golf course in Ireland next week. Doonbeg golf course, colloquially referred to as "Epstein Links", will host the Irish Open. Our politicians will debase themselves before a US Empire that treats Ireland as a resource for its genocide-funding tech companies and its arms deliveries to Israel, “ the Young Irelander’s statement read.

“Their Airbnbs and vulture fund landlords drive the Irish off our land. Their data centres and golf courses steal our water while ordinary people are banned from using hosepipes. We reject their imperialism just as we reject that of the British. A state that has failed its most vulnerable people throughout its existence is now lavishing resources on hosting Epstein's chums. Micheál Martin can take the soup if he wants, but we will not allow them to feel safe here, ” it continued.

“The people of the world continue to ensure that this warmongering group of criminals, paedophiles and murderers never know a moment's peace, from Palestine to Epstein's island to Ireland, “ it concluded.

Protests in Dublin, Shannon Airport and Doonbeg are expected, including the presence of socialist republicans. Anti-Imperialist Action Ireland (AIA) have called for a ‘revolutionary bloc’ at Dublin’s rally. The rally will take place on September 12th, Saturday, 1pm in Dublin and start from the Garden of Remembrance.
